You agree to promptly notify InnerWire Blueprint of any unauthorized access or security concern involving your account.

InnerWire Blueprint may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or presents a security, operational, payment, legal, or abuse concern.

4. Assessment Responses

The effectiveness of any recommendations, reports, strategies, or deliverables depends upon the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

Assessment responses are provided voluntarily. You agree that your responses are truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge and understand that inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the usefulness of any resulting deliverables.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or errors. InnerWire Blueprint does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or fitness of AI-generated outputs.

You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, interpreting, and implementing any recommendation, strategy, action item, business decision, marketing activity, financial decision, operational decision, or other output generated by the Services.

You should consult qualified professionals regarding matters requiring professional expertise.

9. No Guarantee of Results

InnerWire Blueprint does not guarantee income, revenue, profitability, commissions, transactions, listings, lead generation, career advancement, business growth, market performance, or any specific outcome.

Individual results vary based upon numerous factors beyond the control of InnerWire Blueprint. Past performance, examples, recommendations, or strategies do not guarantee future results.

10. Assessment Disclaimer

The assessment is intended to identify tendencies, preferences, strengths, opportunities, business-development considerations, and planning insights.

The assessment is not a psychological evaluation, personality diagnosis, mental-health assessment, professional licensing examination, clinical instrument, or predictor of future performance. Assessment results should be interpreted as informational guidance only.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, questions, methodologies, scoring systems, frameworks, reports, recommendations, branding, software, graphics, designs, text, deliverables, and related materials are owned by or licensed to InnerWire Blueprint and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

12. Limited License

Upon lawful purchase or receipt of Services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the deliverables for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not resell deliverables, redistribute deliverables, publish deliverables, reverse engineer methodologies, create competing products based upon the Services, or share account access with unauthorized users.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, submit fraudulent information, misrepresent your identity, circumvent payment systems, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the Services to create competing assessment products.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

InnerWire Blueprint may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account at any time for reasons including fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargebacks, illegal activity, violations of these Terms, or conduct that threatens platform security or operations.

Termination does not create any right to refund, reimbursement, compensation, or continued access to the Services. Any deliverables previously provided remain subject to all intellectual-property and licensing restrictions contained in these Terms.

15. Email Communications

By creating an account, registering, purchasing Services, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you consent to receive transactional communications relating to account creation, email verification, authentication, assessment activity, purchases, deliverables, customer support, service updates, and operational notifications.

Performance obligations shall be suspended during the period of such disruption.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnerWire Blueprint disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerWire Blueprint and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Services.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount paid by the user for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnerWire Blueprint and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

20. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, assessment results, reports, recommendations, deliverables, purchases, payments, or use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except where applicable law prohibits arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, representative action, consolidated action, collective action, or private attorney general action.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision.

The arbitration may be conducted remotely, by written submissions, by telephone, by videoconference, or in another manner permitted by the applicable AAA rules.

21. Class Action Waiver

The parties agree that all claims shall be brought solely in an individual capacity.

Neither party may participate as a plaintiff, claimant, class member, representative, or private attorney general in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

22. Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services.

23. Arbitration Costs

Arbitration fees and costs shall be allocated in accordance with the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Each party shall generally bear its own attorneys' fees, expert fees, and related litigation expenses unless otherwise required by law or awarded by the arbitrator under applicable law.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking temporary, preliminary, or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, platform security, or other rights for which immediate equitable relief may be appropriate.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
