When Is a Blueprint Actually Complete?

Preparing the asset is not the same as completing the Blueprint. A Blueprint is generally complete when all of the following are true:

  • The required asset or action was actually finished, not just drafted.
  • It was used with the intended audience: sent, published, or delivered in the real conversation it was built for.
  • The defined follow-up was either completed or scheduled.
  • The result was recorded.
  • Any qualified response has a dated next action attached to it.

Generating a polished AI result and never sending it isn’t completion. It’s preparation. The activity only counts once it reaches the person it was built for.
